Hughes Net interent service Small business owner


9 1/2 year customer. I was on the unlimited data program. All of a sudden it just stops working. Hughes net will no longer support the system I have. I paid a local service company to come out and verify my system is ok...still no signal. They have tried 30 times to switch me to the Gen 4 program and brag about faster service , but the amount of data they offer will not continue to run my business without unlimited. They basically forced me to discontinue the service since I don't want to pay 138 dollars a month for a plan I could only use 2/3 of a month. The speed has progressively gotten slower over the last 2 years. I have called support and all they want to do is switch me to the new plan. I finally had to just cancel my service and will have to make other arrangements. This is just bull.....I have never been late on a payment...etc and yet this company is failing to live up to its end of the bargain because they did not want to honor the program they set me up on almost 10 years ago
