horrible customer service - HughesNet Satellite Internet


I called HughesNet this morning and wondered why it bill was $60 higher than normal the lady first tried to tell me it was a late fee then she came back and said it was some type of prorated charges I kept asking her what type of prorated charge she couldn't give me an answer I was on the phone call with her for about an hour and finally asked for her supervisor when she put me on hold to go get the supervisor I waited 8 minutes and finally hung up because I was pissed off I will tell you you guys are losing my business this is the worst customer service ever plus you guys screwed my billing up I will continue to put complaint out on the internet over this I work customer service and I am a supervisor so I know how a customer is supposed to be treated.
