Hughesnet TERRIBLE Customer Service - customer service


I am EXTREMELY UNHAPPY. I spoke with a customer service representative and felt we weren't communicating effectively. At this point, I wasn't angry as much as confused and simply wanted someone else to explain whom I could understand in a clearer way. This man REFUSED to transfer me several times!!! I have NEVER had this happen either in my jobs as a customer service employee or as a customer for ANY brand while seeking assistance. He said his name was Mike Morales and his supervisor's name was Gray Sanders but was so reluctant to give the names or transfer me that I'm not 100% positive they are even their actual names. I am so taken aback by the lack of professionalism, to refuse a customer a simple transfer to a different employee or supervisor and keep the customer on the phone for the amount of time that he did without helping is just ridiculous. I will continue to post this complaint (along with the slowness this terrible internet provider has, which from the looks of other reviews seems to be a common complaint) on every possible forum until this is dealt with.
