THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!

Been with Hudgesnet 2 months and found out the salesperson will tell you one thing and your bill will tell you something else. The sales reps makes the service sound so great, however when you get your bill its a different story. I was told the $11.95 fee per month was for tech support same day your service goes out. Now i'm being told you pay $11.95 plus a additional fee for tech. support. They don't explain anything about anti viral service, however when you get your bill you will see that you are paying for anti viral service that you never knew bout b4 hand.
